2018 Grad Bash

Six Flags Over Georgia hosts a Grad Bash event each Spring for graduating seniors. The PTSA would like to offer the opportunity for our Graduating Seniors to participate.
Students will be required to purchase their ticket in advance. No student will be allowed to participate without the purchase of a ticket.

*Transportation to and from Six Flags Park
*All Night Access to Six Flags Park and rides, 8p - 3a
*All you can eat buffet from 8p - 11p
*Dance party with live DJ, 2 stages
*Free Grad Night souvenir
*Free Return ticket for Six Flags: White Waters Park (Summer 2018)
Cost
The cost to participate is:
$70.00 + $15 bus fee, due by Mar 30, 2018.
Payments
To secure your ticket, you may make a non-refundable deposit of $15.00, beginning Feb 1.
Full payment reserves you a guaranteed seat on the charter bus.
Cash & check deposits will be collected in person Thursday, Feb 1 and Monday, Feb 5 during student lunch periods.
Final cash & check payments will be collected in person Monday, March 26 - Friday, March 30 during student lunch periods.
No payments will be accepted after March 30, 2018.
Wait List payments will be accepted until Wed, April 4, 2018
Transportation
2 - 55 passenger motor coach *confirmed
* Students must use provided transportation. No student will be allowed to enter the park if they are not with a registered group.
Chaperones
One adult chaperone (age 25+) is admitted FREE for every 15 students in attendance.

Guidelines
In order to participate, the student must meet the following guidelines:
1. DHS Student must be in good standing* and on target for graduating on time (May 2018).
2. Student must not have any behavioral referrals.
3. Student must not have any suspensions during the current school year.
4. Student must return a consent/emergency contact form signed by a parent or guardian in order to participate.
5. Student must return a permission and release of liability form signed and dated by the student and guardian in order to participate.
6. Students must wear appropriate attire. No tank tops, spaghetti straps, no open toe shoes, no flip-flops/slides, no shorts.
7. Students are encouraged to wear their senior class shirts, for easy identification in the park.
8. The PTSA has the right to refuse any student from participation if guidelines are not met.
9. The PTSA has the right to provide additional guidelines, as necessary to assure a safe event for all participants.

This event has no affiliation to Discovery High School and Gwinnett County Public Schools, and they are not responsible or liable for any actions that occur at this event.
This event is hosted by the Discovery High PTSA.
Fundraising
The PTSA has set up fundraising opportunities to offset the cost of this event. Please help raise money so that each student that wants to participate has an opportunity to do so.
